I’ve set up a parent account plus a number of sub-accounts with RegOnline, but when I log in to the parent account I don’t see all of those sub-accounts in the Other Accounts folder. Why don't I see a complete list here, and how do I log in to the sub-account?
Solution:
In order to see a complete listing of all sub-accounts associated with your RegOnline parent account, there needs to be at least one user with a Username in all of the accounts. Once this is done, you will see a complete listing of all accounts and sub-accounts in the Other Accounts folder in the Folder List.
