I'm new to Regonline, so forgive me if this question has already been addressed- I'm looking at integrating Regonline with some other tools we use (initially just Moodle) and I'm wondering if anyone has found a solution for Single Sign On?  What I want to do is when the user creates a login in Regonline, I want that login to allow them to authenticate to Moodle which will be the social networking component of our event(s).

One open source solution I found that seems to be well suited to web based tools is OpenID.  I wasn't able to find anything in the Regonline support about single sign on and I didn't see anything in the API about Regonline having the ability to pass the customername/customerpassword to other applications.

I'd love to hear about any existing solutions that others have found to this or ideas you might have.

Although we do not have a specific integration with Moodle, we do have an API integration that may suit your needs.

MemberAuthorization - Allows you to pass through the registrants (or members) login (email) and password to authenticate them as a registered attendee or member and will return some registration data (such as personal information, balance due, etc.)

There is also another social networking company that does integrate with RegOnline, called Event-Vue. They are an online event community site that can integrate directly with your RegOnline events.
