    Topic:

How do I add one or more records to an existing mailing list in RegMail?

    Solution:

From time to time, you may need to manually add records to an existing mailing list.

To add a person to one of your mailing lists:

    1. In the Manager window, click on the RegMail folder from the folder list.
    2. Click on Mailing Lists.
    3. Find the mailing list that this person should be added to, and click the Add icon on that line.
    4. Fill in the information for this person.
    5. The only required field is the Email Address. All other fields in this window are optional.
    6. When this record is completed, click OK to save and exit this window, Apply to save and stay, or Apply and Add Another to save this record and another record.

If you do not see a particular field in the Add/Edit member window, you can the mailing list and make the field visible when you are adding records. To do this:

    1. Click the List number to edit the mailing list.
    2. Click the Manual Entry Standard Fields tab.
    3. Check the Visible (and/or Required) boxes for the fields you would like to have available when adding records.
    4. If you have any custom fields you would also like to make available, click the Manual Entry Custom Fields tab, add the name of the field(s), and select the Visible and/or Required checkboxes.
    5. Click OK to save your changes and exit the mailing list setup window.
