    How can I remove a contact from my Unsubscribed list?

    How can I remove a contact from the Unsubscribed list?

    Solution:

    If an email contact has accidentally unsubscribed themselves from your emails, you can send an email allowing them to opt back in to your mailing list.

    To send an unsubscribed contact an Opt-In Email:

    1. Click the Email Invitations tab.
    2. Click the title of the contact list that contains the unsubscribed contact.
    3. Locate the specific contact in the list. Click the contact's name.
    4. Click the Send Opt-In Email.

     

    Additional Information:

    The email they receive will look like this:

    Hello,

    You are currently unsubscribed from (Your Organization's name)'s email.
    If you wish to receive emails from (Your Organization's name) please click the link below.

    Opt-In Link

    If you do not wish to receive the emails, do nothing and you will remain unsubscribed.

    This email was intended for (Contact Firstname Lastname). If you are not (Contact Firstname Lastname), please disregard this email and you will continue to be unsubscribed.

    Thank you
    (Your Organization's name)
