What are the Event Category and Industry fields used for?
Solution:
Select the Event Category and Industry that are most similar to your event. The information collected by these fields will be used to help RegOnline learn more about the types of events and conferences that are created using OnDemand, as well as helping to drive the direction of new features and improvements. In the future, this information will be used to help the Event Directories (Google Calendar, Eventful, Confabb and Upcoming.org) categorize your event, when you choose to Publish my Event.
Your selections will not display on your registration form, and will not be visible to your registrants.
