What happened?
A number of credit card transactions processed through RegOnline between 10 PM MST 8/24/09 and 9:30 PM MST 8/25/09 were processed incorrectly.
Who was affected?
Any account that processed credit card transactions between
10 PM MST 8/24/09 and 9:30 PM MST 8/25/09 could have been affected.
What do I need to do?
If you use RegOnline's Gateway:
There is nothing that you need to do. RegOnline has adjusted all affected records to reflect the correct amount, and has charged any remaining balance to your affected registrants.
If you use a 3rd Party Gateway::
- Log into your Merchant Gateway and run a report that displays all settled transactions that occurred between 8/24/09 and 8/26/09.
- Email this report to merchantinfo@regonline.com referencing your name and your RegOnline account number.
Once we have received this information we will correct the affected records and contact you by phone or email when finished.
