Create List - Filters

This step allows you to filter out any unneeded registrants from your Contact List. If you wanted to remove all Cancelled registrations, for instance, from your new Contact List, this step is where you make that decision.
To apply a filter, simply select the desired value from the appropriate menu. For example, if you want make sure Canceled registrations do not make it into your Contact List, simply select Exclude from the Cancelled Registrations dropdown menu.
Available Filters
Registration Status
Select the Status of the registrations you wish to include in your Contact List.
Cancelled Registrations
Select how you would like to handle all Cancelled registrations. Choose Include to have cancelled registrants remain in your Contact List. Choose Exclude to have cancelled registrants removed from your Contact List.
Payment Method
Select the Payment Method of the registrations you wish to include in your Contact List. Choose All if you wish to include all registrants, regardless of Payment Method.
Balance Due
Select All to include all registrants, regardless of their balance. Select Balance > 0 to only include registrants who owed money. Select Balance < 0 to only include registrants who owe you money. Select Balance = 0 to only include registrants who are paid in full.
