Registration Fixes

• 9890- Attendee updates will no longer create invalid PayPal Express transactions in certain situations.
• 10334- Registrants will no longer see a site error after clicking 'Finish my Registration', in specific situations.
• 10348- Admin Register Updates will no longer cause a site error when the record is using a duplicate email.
• 10433- The attendee Invoice total will now show more accurate rounding.
• 10094- Entering an incorrect Membership ID will now display a relevant error message.
• 10212- An update will no longer switch a secondary attendee's Registration Type to that of the primary attendee.
• 9896- Uncanceling a secondary group member, in specific situations, will no longer generate a site error.
• 9939- You will no longer be able to create a new registration in an Update Only event.
• 10335- Manual old-format Event Level Waitlists will now properly place registrants in the waitlist event.
• 10345- Active Events - Registrations will no longer be allowed when event is in the Inactive status.
• 10330- Updates will no longer cause site errors in events authenticating by Membership ID.
• 10163- Group Members can once again change their Membership Type

Miscellaneous Fixes

• 9255- The Credit Card Reconciliation will now always display results when applicable.  NOTE: There is a change in functionality. Now, when you run a Credit Card Recon report without filters, it automatically runs for just the current month.
• 10155- The Credit Card Reconciliation Report will now function correctly.
• 10167- Group Discounts can again be applied to specific Agenda Items.
• 10355- The absence of a default gateway will no longer cause Site Errors in Builder
• 10266- You can again delete Test Members from a Membership
