Can you remove event title and event date from the top right corner of the vail theme?

Unfortunately, the Event Title and Date cannot be removed from the Vail header. The Vail theme, however, is the only theme that has these constraints. If you would like to have complete control over the appearance of your header, you can use any of the other themes, such as Pueblo or Denver.

The Vail theme is by far my favorite. But, the event title seems to be too far to the right. Any way to edit the theme on your end so that the event title is not so extreme to the right?
