December
- Reg Transfer - Transfer registrants from one event to another. Learn more
- Event-level Waitlist - Once your event limit has been reached, place registrants on an automated waitlist. Learn more
October
- Merchandise Discount Codes - Create percentage discount codes for Merchandise items.
- Printable Schedule - Choose to display Agenda Items on the Printable Schedule in chronological order, or in the order that they appear on the registration form.
- Secondary Updates - Allow Secondary Group members to update their own Personal Information.
September
- Hotel Summary Report - The Lodging Booking Report can now be filtered to display a summary of all of the Hotel Booking Dates. Learn more
- Discount Total - The registrant's total discount from discount codes will now appear on the Checkout page during registration.
August
- Delete Single Test Registration - Test registrations can now be deleted individually from the Attendee Info window. Learn more
- Badges - A single custom field can now be displayed multiple times on a single badge.
- Confirmation Number - The Hotel Confirmation number, if entered, will now be displayed on the attendee's Registration Confirmation in the Lodging section.
- Change Status - The 'Attended' status can now be selected from the Status dropdown menu.
- Gender Field - Clear the 'Gender' selection of a registrant from the Attendee Info window.
July
- On Site Kiosk Improvements - Miscellaneous improvements to the On-site Registration & Self Check-In Kiosk for events in On-site status.
- Consistent Window Size - All details pop-up windows on the registration form pages will now open in a consistent size (approx 1/4 of screen size).
- Invoices - Display the both the Personal info and the Bill To info on the Receipt/Invoice for registrants when they have paid with credit card.
- New Transaction - Improved transaction process on back end Attendee Info.
June
- New standard fields available - Gender and Date of Birth.
- Improvements to Activation - The 'Go Live' button is now the "Activate" button.
- Agenda Items - The "Title on Invoice/Receipt" and "Column name on reports" fields on Agenda Items and Custom Fields will be automatically populated with content from the "Question/Description" field.
- RegOnline API - Added a new method "ByAccountIDEventID" to the getEvents Webservice (API). Learn more
- RegOnline API - Added the Event Fee to getEvents Webservice (API). Learn more
- Cross-Event Reports - Event address fields will now be available in Custom Cross-Event Reports.
- Bar Codes - Bar codes will now be printed on the confirmation page.
