Miscellaneous Fixes

• 9929- Fixes a hover total issue caused by incomplete registrations.
• 7453- The transaction encryption will now change properly to reflect any change in the registration ID (such as changing the primary attendee in a group).
• 9923- Deleting a Hotel Booking Date will now function correctly
• 9275- All billing fields are now restricted to match Paymentech requirements.
• 9551- Clients will no longer receive a permissions error when merging contacts in the Salesforce RegOnline app.
• 9521- CVV codes beginning with a zero will now process correctly
• 9105- Items with early/late pricing and no standard price will now function correctly when editing Attendee Info

Registration Fixes

• 7459, 7634, 9905- Minor performance improvements
• 10050- Multiple Choice Agenda Items with a percentage discount code and no regular price will no longer cause a site error
• 8839- The Agenda page will no longer display to Registration Types that have no visible Agenda Items.
• 10059- Checkbox items using Group Names immediately following an Always Selected item will now function correctly
• 7306- Registrant updates will no longer clear invisible personal information fields when no standard fields are displayed
• 9622- Fix for situation where registrant agenda updates could cause a registrant to be moved from Confirmed to Waitlisted
• 9714- Accessing the Invoice/Receipt page will no longer cause an error, in accounts with passwords disabled.
• 9630- Performing a substitution through an Admin Register will now function properly.
• 10034- The Make a Substitution button will now function properly in accounts with passwords disabled.
