Email Fixes

• 8952- The transaction date can now be changed on manual, off-line transactions.
• 9229- Reminder Email emails set up to send on an Exact Date will now save correctly if the date is today.
• 9218- Reminder emails scheduled to be sent "after the registration date" can now be saved correctly.
• 9244- Fix for configuring reminder emails in IE6.

Report Fixes
