There is a charge on my credit card from www.regonline.com.  What is this?

Solution:

RegOnline is an online registration company that provides registration forms for all kinds of events, seminars, and memberships.  If you signed up for something online (an event, seminar, conference, etc.), it may have been using our service.  If the coordinators for the event that you registered for decided to use us to process their credit card transactions, your credit card statement will have our name on it.  You can use the following link to look up these charges and obtain a receipt:

www.regonline.com/charge

All registrations that have been paid for by credit card in the last 90 days can be located using the URL above.

Note to event administrators: Depending on which gateway you are using with your RegOnline account, your attendees' credit card statement will show "regonline.com" along with a phone number (303/577-5153) to call with any question about this charge.
