Just wondering if any of you have done any integration with any of the various private online social networking tools with your events. I know that some of our competetors in the conference business have offered attendees passwords/links to private social networks on registrations. The basic idea is that attendee registers, and along with their confirmation email they get a link or password to use to sign in to a network site that allows forum posting, blogging, etc. Obviously if you're running an event for an existing membership that's got this kind of capability already, there's no point. But if you're creating a community from scratch, this might be useful.

There are a lot of choices out there and I'm wondering if you've had any experience with some of them (good or bad).
