Topic:

I would like to send another invitation email out through RegMail, but I do not want to sent it to those that have already registered or responded to the first invitation.

Solution:

Note:  This process is designed to work ONLY when you are using the same Mailing List you used for the original email invitation through RegMail.

1. In the Folder List, click on RegMail and then Jobs.
2. Click on the Create new Email Job button.  This will open the Add/Edit Email Job window.
3. Fill out the fields on this page and select your Content and Mailing List.
4. Select the Event that you are marketing with this email.
5. Make sure you select the checkbox labeled Send Invitation to People who are Not Registered and Have Not Declined the Invitation.
6. Select the time you would like the email to be sent.
7. Click OK at the bottom of the Add/Edit Email Job window.
