Event Builder - Personal Information page - Edit Field Name

• You can change the field caption by clicking on it entering the alternate caption, but the type of information collected by each field is predetermined.
  • For example, the Verify Email field verifies that the data entered is a valid email address. If you rename the Verify Email field to something else, the same verification is performed and will generate an error message. 
• These fields cannot be rearranged.
  • For example, you may change the Company/Organization caption to School, if this was an academic conference. But if you replace the Middle Name caption with Last Name and use the Last Name field for something else, your reports will still use the information in the original Last Name field as the attendee last name. 
• These fields are used in all of the Standard Reports within RegOnline. If you choose not to use some (or all) of these fields, your Standard Reports will not display that data.
  • For example, the Attendee Info screen, which is seen by the attendee, will not display correctly. You will need to create Custom Reports to be able to view your information.
