He uses the web browser on his Blackberry phone to get registration counts and revenue updates from his RegOnline account while he travels.

The Event Snapshot report is what he counts on for up-to-the-minute information. He can see total revenue, new registrations, total registrations and any cancellations that may have come in while he was away.
